This plan is designed to help improve your functioning and may include functional tasks, such as dressing or feeding; therapeutic exercise; manual treatments; compensatory methods, such as learning to dress with one hand; adaptive equipment to help you perform daily tasks; and environmental modifications such as toilet risers to grab bars in your tub or shower to maximize your independence.
